Hazelnuts, blanched, crunchy and full of flavor. Hazelnuts contain many vitamins from the B complex, such as vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B11. In addition, this nut contains vitamins C, E and K and provides your body with important antioxidants. In addition, these nuts are rich in minerals: manganese, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc.
